The DLC 520 High Speed is the latest in Automatic Double Loop wire binding with speeds up 1500 books per hour and capable of a five skip binding setting . Settings are easily done with the intuitive touch screen containing the prestigious Siemens PLC. The 520 has the ability to close lengths up  520 mm. It also comes with a calendar hanger attachment to make calendar hook placement a breeze. This machine has solid iron construction and welded frame (not bolted aluminum) and shingle conveyor for convenient delivery.  One more significant factor, once setup is complete the foot pedal is no longer required, a built in sensor on board engages for production, drastically reducing operator fatigue.  The DCA520HS is the best built Wire closer in its price class.
